MRG Solutions, LLC (d/b/a Skyler) to Acquire Relayr’s Skyler Rotate Business

As of today, September 30, Relayr has agreed to sell all rights to its Skyler Rotate product and related existing business to MRG Solutions, LLC, who will transact business under the name “Skyler”. The sale also includes job offers to various Rotate employees, helping to ensure full knowledge transfer to MRG Solutions, LLC.

Jessica Poliner, CEO of Relayr, expressed her excitement about the future of Rotate under MRG Solutions’ ownership: “We are fortunate to have worked closely with some of the operating partners of MRG Solutions for years prior as we developed the Rotate product. We are certain that MRG Solutions’ domain expertise and knowledge will add tremendous value to the product development and customer needs, increasing the scalability of the solution. After a thoughtful M&A process, it is clear to me that MRG Solutions are the best owners for the Rotate product: passionate about the technology, customers, and employees and well-informed on the industry.”

Rotate is not just a remote condition-monitoring solution but a holistic approach to deliver transformative equipment reliability and performance, consisting of four key value drivers: Asset Health Monitoring, Asset Inspection and Reporting, Service and Domain Expertise, and Performance Guarantee. The new company, Skyler was formed specifically for the Rotate solution and will be focused on leveraging its domain expertise coupled with this technology to deliver transformative equipment reliability and performance.

MRG Solutions ownership is composed of three US-based electromechanical companies: Energy Management Corporation, HECO Inc., and Northwest Electric. The owners will be supported by SPARK Business Works on the technology. Initially, Skyler will operate with support from its ownership organizations but will be an independently run organization.
